I just don't understand why someone hasn't helped her. That girl is seriously ill and stomping on death's doorstep. Not that I would expect her blow hungry surgically enhanced mother to be concerned. Allegra rarely makes public appearances. Since turning 18 and instantly inheriting millions from her late uncle, all I can imagine her doing is a huge mountain of coke on a desk like Pacino in Scarface. Not that it is true, but it is all that I can picture.AV always looks depressed, bored and paranoid. And as you can see she has to hold on to someone to stay standing. That's what you get for having pencil thin getaway sticks.

And then there is Donatella.
She says was coked out for the last 20 years, and I bet she still is. Donatella's nose has morphed into a sort of dick nose. (Not sure if it is from the coke or the surgery.) Her lips are just simply out of control! Can you say Lisa Rinna?
