The reports were that a cameraman (Josh Levine) spotted Paris being followed by the Sheriff. Josh was on foot and sprinted like a mofo (What kind of shoes was he wearing? Flip-flops?) to get some footage...any footage of Paris 'running' from The Man. TMZ talked with the officer who pulled her over and he said that she was cruising in front of Privilege nightclub, slowing down, then stopping, then going, etc. The officer also said that yes, she did "speed up" when he turned his lights on but he told her to pull over through a loudspeaker and she did. He suspected no intoxication and let her go with a warning. Funny how the reports are taking this and running with it. "Paris runs from police!" "Highspeed chase involving Paris!" Hardly.
The only high speed chase here is Josh Levine running for three blocks like a motherfucker..
