Anna Nicole Smith's Son Died from Lethal Combination of Methadone and Anti-Depressants

The toxicology report showed Daniel Smith had methadone, Lexapro and Zoloft in his system when he died Sept. 10, according to Cyril Wecht, coroner.

"The fact that we have these drugs and the levels of the drugs overwhelmingly and most logically point to this being a tragic, accidental, drug-related death," Wecht told The AP.

Wecht also said Smith died from a "classic" combo of the drugs which had a lethal "cumulative effect on the central nervous system." The low levels of each drug suggest he did not die from an overdose, he added. Regarding the Methadone he said,

"It is used for people who have been on heroin or morphine. I have made those inquiries. I can only say to you no one has suggested anything having to do with drug addiction in this boy."

So now the question is, just what was he doing on Methadone?
