According to TMZ.com, Frank Agnello faces two misdemeanor charges after running a red light on November 10th, and then being caught with pot,oxycontin and morphine pills.
Police found the drugs not only in his glove compartment but also his trunk and console of the car. Sounds like he had more than just a few. They also found the same pills in the purse of his passenger, Juliana Buckly. I love the mugshots. They both have the same sneer on their faces. Sucks to be them. Heh.
