"Victoria Beckham flew back to Madrid yesterday, after revealing middle son Romeo has epilepsy.
Posh spent the previous nine days in London promoting her new fashion book That Extra Half An Inch.
Last night she was reunited with poorly Romeo, four, and her other sons Brooklyn and baby Cruz.
A pal said Victoria had spent the whole trip worrying about Romeo.
The source said: “Victoria’s family mean absolutely everything to her. She is a devoted mother who dotes on Romeo. When she talks about his epilepsy and the terrifying fits it causes she wrings her hands with worry and tries to fight back her tears. It kills her to be away from him in London — in case something triggers another fit and she’s not there.”
Posh flew back to Spain with Cruz, one, on a private jet from London’s Stansted Airport.Romeo and seven-year-old Brooklyn had gone to Britain with their mum but returned to Spain a few days later for school.
They were cared for by former England star dad David.
News of Romeo’s epilepsy emerged after the boy reacted violently to being photographed at Heathrow airport.
He screamed as horrified Posh shielded him and shouted: “Leave him alone. He’s got epilepsy.”
A pal said the couple fear flash photography can trigger a potentially fatal seizure in their son."
