"Estranged couple Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's Atlanta, Georgia, mansion has been seized and sold. Houston filed for divorce from the R&B pioneer last month after 14 years of marriage.Georgia newspaper Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports the couple's five-bedroom home was foreclosed by local authorities after the couple failed to keep up with their mortgage payments.
The $1.4 million house was sold on the steps of the Fulton County Courthouse on November 7.
Last week, Houston denied reports her New Jersey home faces the same problem. Mortgage holder, Chevy Chase Bank have filed suit to foreclose on the house, claiming the singer owes them $1 million in mortgage payments and taxes on the building."
