It seems that actress Shilpa Shetty has special likings for the word ‘Royal' after owning the Rajasthan Royals now Shilpa Shetty and her fiancé Raj Kundra have made sure that even their wedding card looks royal. It has been made by Delhi designer Ravish Kapoor.
Apparently 1000 cards have gone out for the reception while 150 cards have been dispatched for the wedding and mehendi-sangeet (only to family and friends).
Ravish, who has been designing cards for almost five years now, was specially called to Mumbai by both Shilpa and Raj for a meeting regarding a card design.
The brief given by Shilpa and Raj was that they wanted a unique, classy and stylish card for their wedding.
Apart from Shilpa and Raj, their family too showed a keen interest in the pattern selected for the invitation card. He adds, "They asked us to design a logo with their initials that had a royal crest-like quality to it.
After the finishing touches given to the cards ribbon enhanced the card's overall design quality Ultimately.
