Angelina Jolie Will Play Cleopatra.......
It turned out that Angelina Jolie is going to play the role of the Queen of the Nile in a new production.It should be mentioned that Taylor shot in the film about Cleopatra in 1963. She stared with her life lover Richard Burton as Marc Anthony.
Actually, the partner of Jolie is considered to be Brad Pitt.
The film rights where bought by Scott Rudin, the Hollywood producer. It is expected to be a new biography about Cleopatra in which Jolie will play the main role.
It is believed by Stacy Schiff, the winner of Pulitzer prize of the book, Jolie is a perfect actress for the role. According to her, Jolie is perfect for the role. Moreover, she is expected Jolie to receive a possible Oscar in her future. Also she considered that Pitt will be also perfect for the role of Marc Anthony.
It should be mentioned although “Cleopatra: A Life” book is released later this year, a script for the film is already ready.
The film will be developed with Jolie.
When Taylor played the main role of Cleopatra in1963, it was considered to be the most expensive film. It costs more than $44m. As for the current price it will be more than $300m.
