Hollywood star Salma Hayek said that she eats ants, worms and grasshoppers as she shared her odd tastes with US talk show host David Letterman. "These little ants fried are amazing - with a little guacamole And the worms. there are many different recipes for those. The little grasshoppers have a smoky flavour to them. It's the way they cook them, and it''s really good," Hayek said.
At the amazement of all, Hayek insisted that everyone should try the delicious creepy crawlies. "We eat bugs - and we have many recipes for some of them," Hayek said.
The 43-year-old actress who was earlier suffering from dyslexia also confessed that her English speaking skills have weakened after her marriage to French fashion tycoon Francois-Henri Pinault, The Sun online reported.
On being corrected by Letterman after she mixed up the words "delicacies" and "delicatessens", Hayek said, "Yeah, sorry. My French is getting a little better -but my English is getting a lot worse."
