The film was renamed The Italian Stallion six years later. Now, Sly’s softcore porn film is set to resurface.
Stallone had done the film The Italian Stallion out of desperation after he was forced out of his apartment. He was paid $200 for two days' work for the film. It was not big hit at the moment. But to cash in his fame, the producers re-released the movie in 1976 after his movie Rocky became a big hit.
However, the rights to his erotic movie is said to have been sold for 270,000 pounds. Now, the new owner is reportedly planning to re-release the picture.
