King Khan goes Vulgar, once again smoke publicly

A weekly tabloid from Bangladesh called Shahrukh Khan the 'king of vulgarity' after the actor performed in the country on December 10. While the show seemed to be a huge hit with a massive crowd of almost 30,000 people in the audience, the paper condemned the actor for his 'vulgar behaviour'.

The article (written in questionable English), objects to SRK dancing with 'half nude Russian girls' among other. According to the weekly, the actor has even flouted the country's law by smoking in public and in front of the cameras.

"Shah Rukh Khan violated Bangladeshi law by smoking in public in the presence of TV cameras. Shahrukh Khan did this, rather intentionally to show to Bangladeshi authorities that he gives a damn to them (sic)."

The tabloid has also questioned the special treatment the actor was given by being allowed to use the VVIP (Very Very Important Person) terminal of the Dhaka airport.

According to the article, Khan himself was paid US$ 200,000 and the rest of his troupe was paid separately. Other performers included Arjun Rampal, Rani Mukherji, Eesha Koppikhar and Dia Mirza. Interestingly, the article has gone on to make some very strong allegations like the money paid by Antar Showbiz to SRK and his troupe was obtained through illegal means.

"Antar Showbiz mostly smuggled the amount through illegal means, which is a serious crime under Money Laundering Act of Bangladesh."

While the actor himself has not remarked on the incident, plenty of fans of the star have violently defended SRK and the allegations made against him.
