Before Lindsay Lohan checked into rehab in an attempt to avoid jail time, she did a racy shoot for German GQ. Below is a behind-the-scenes video (scroll down for stills) of Lohan strumming a guitar on the beach, at times wearing nothing but und erpants and a SC RAM hidden inside her Ug gs.

She posed for these revealing shots back in June, just weeks after she was first sentenced to wear her SC RAM anklet, which makes us wonder whether it was photoshopped out of the picture of her to pless with the guitar. A lot has gone down in LL's life since she frol icked on the LA beach in these two-piece swimsuits, and this week's been all about figuring out her legal situation. The latest is that she's being represented by Robert Shapiro and she apparently checked herself into a sober house last night in the hopes it will get her out of having to go to jail. Her mom, Dina, and Samantha Ronson were there to help bring LL to the rehab facility. If that doesn't work out, she has five days until she has to report to serve her time.
