Konkona Sen Sharma Ranvir Shorey get married, tied knotsJust a day after it was reported that Ranvir Shorey and talented actress Konkona Sen Sharma are planning to get married this week, news has it that both the stars have tied the knot in a low-key ceremony on Friday evening, sharp at 6 pm, at their Goregaon abode. Ranvir-Konkona had been living-in together for the past two years.
The ceremony was attended by close family and friends. Strangely, there was hardly anyone from the Bollywood community as they were not included in the guest list.
The wedding was a gala affair, which was a potpourri of Punjabi and Bengali traditions. Konkona looked splendid in her grandmother’s Bengali jewellery and Ranvir was looking handsome in his glittering shervani.
Talking to a news daily on the hush-hush Ranvir-Konkona marriage, an insider said, “Most industry folks were not invited even to this function. Konkona and Ranvir have always been very low profile people and they are not likely to ever change.”
