Kerr, who is married to Hollywood favourite Orlando Bloom, is almost five months pregnant with the good-looking couple's first child.
She and Bloom became engaged in June, tied the knot in July, and confirmed parenthood was pending last month.
Bloom is soon to head to Germany to film his role on the big-budget swashbuckling adventure The Three Musketeers.
